All installations will require a router, CSU/DSU, and firewall. Apps Communications supplies standard Routers, CSU/DSUs and Firewalls with all new orders.
Apps Communications supports, monitors, and warranties this equipment 24x7. In the event of hardware failure, Apps Communications stands ready to replace the failed hardware within 4 hours of the time of diagnosis.
Termination Liability:
**Service may be terminated for any reason with a thirty (30) day prior written notice.**
A Customer may terminate service at any time and for no reason. The only requirement is a thirty (30) day prior written notice. The customer may be liable for a termination charge with respect to the DS-1 circuit. Not to exceed $500.00 if terminated within the first year.
We know of no other Telecommunications Company that offers this type of Early Termination. We believe in keeping our clients by supplying quality service-not by having Iron Clad contracts with extreme cancellation clauses.
