RECALLING SENT MESSAGES FROM OUTLOOK 2000
Note: This process only works for
network users connected to an Exchange Server.
| STEP I: |

First select "Sent Items" from the "Folder List", then open the message
that you want to recall. |
| STEP II: |

After opening the e-mail that you'd like to recall, select "Recall
This Message" from the "Actions" menu. |
| STEP III: |

Click on "Delete unread copies of this message" and then press "OK."
Note: Recalling messages is not always an option, so you should
still be careful when sending e-mails to make sure that you want them
sent. |
